📦 PrideShop.co.uk – Returns & Refunds Policy (UK‑Compliant, Print‑on‑Demand)

At PrideShop.co.uk, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Printful. Because each item is manufactured specifically for you, our returns policy follows UK consumer law for custom and on‑demand goods.


1. Made‑to‑Order Items & Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers normally have a 14‑day right to cancel online purchases.
However, this right does not apply to:

  • Goods that are made to your specification,
  • Goods that are personalised,
  • Goods that are manufactured on demand.

All PrideShop.co.uk products are produced only after an order is placed.
Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If you contact us before your order enters production, we will attempt to cancel it — but this cannot be guaranteed.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of colour, fit, or design

We provide detailed size guides and product information to help you choose correctly.


3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your item arrives:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

We will replace it free of charge or issue a refund.

What we need:

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Printful requires photographic evidence to process replacements, so we must collect this before actioning your claim.


4. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window:

  • We will investigate with Printful and the courier
  • If confirmed lost, we will resend the order at no cost

Please report missing orders within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout:

  • Printful may return the package to sender
  • A reshipment fee may apply

We cannot refund orders that fail to deliver due to customer‑provided address errors.


6. Returns Without Authorisation

Because items are made to order, unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
Returned packages sent back to Printful without approval will not result in a refund.
