All PrideShop.co.uk products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Printful. This means your items are manufactured specifically for you once your order is placed.
Our shipping policy reflects UK consumer law and the operational realities of print‑on‑demand production.
1. Production Times
Because every item is created on demand, production times may vary.
Typical production times:
- Clothing: 2–7 business days
- Accessories / Posters: 2–5 business days
These timeframes are estimates provided by Printful and may vary during peak seasons (e.g., Pride month, Christmas).
Production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled (see Returns Policy).
2. Shipping Times
After production, your order is dispatched via Printful’s global fulfilment network.
Estimated shipping times:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–20 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product type
- Destination
- Quantity
- Printful’s live shipping rates
We do not charge additional handling fees.
4. Order Tracking
Most orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Tracking link (where available)
- Courier information
- Estimated delivery window
Some low‑cost or international services may not include full tracking.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For UK customers, orders are typically fulfilled from Printful’s UK or EU facilities, reducing the likelihood of customs charges.
However:
- International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- PrideShop.co.uk cannot control or predict these fees
If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned, reshipment fees may apply.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- The courier may return the package to sender
- Printful may charge a reshipment fee
- We cannot refund orders that fail to deliver due to address errors
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before production or shipping begins.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window:
- Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- We will investigate with Printful and the courier
- If confirmed lost, we will reship the order at no cost
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you are entitled to receive goods within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund
Printful requires photographic evidence to process claims.
9. Split Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages.
This is normal for print‑on‑demand fulfilment and depends on:
- Product type
- Stock availability
- Fulfilment location
You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.
