PrideShop.co.uk is a UK‑based small business. All products are manufactured on demand and fulfilled by our production partner Printful.
1. About Us
PrideShop.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online retailer specialising in LGBTQ+ themed merchandise.
Our products are produced and shipped by Printful, a global print‑on‑demand fulfilment provider.

2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- You are providing accurate and complete information
3. Made‑to‑Order Production
All products sold on PrideShop.co.uk are manufactured on demand.
This means:
- Items are created only after an order is placed
- We do not hold stock
- Production begins shortly after checkout
Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
This is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exclude cancellation rights for goods made to a customer’s specification or personalised.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Payment must be made in full at checkout.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Key points:
- Production typically takes 2–7 business days
- Delivery times vary by destination
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, or seasonal demand
- Tracking is provided where available
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may incur customs fees or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the parcel being returned; reshipment fees may apply.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Dislike of colour, fit, or design
This is permitted under UK law for made‑to‑order goods.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
You are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If your item arrives:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
We will replace it or refund you.
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem
Printful requires photographic evidence to process claims.
8. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- We will investigate with Printful and the courier
- If confirmed lost, we will resend the order at no cost
9. Accuracy of Product Images & Colours
We make every effort to display products accurately.
However:
- Colours may vary due to screen settings
- Print placement may vary slightly
- Mock‑ups are illustrative
These variations do not constitute defects.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on PrideShop.co.uk — including designs, graphics, text, and branding — is owned by PrideShop.co.uk or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written consent.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with site security
- Copy or misuse product designs
- Submit false or misleading information
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- We are not responsible for courier delays or customs issues
- Our total liability is limited to the value of your order
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
We only collect data necessary to process your order and operate our store.

14. Changes to These Terms

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
